National Association for Hispanic Elderly (San Antonio:  210-226-3806) Provides older low-income adults with part-time subsidized employment in community service work in public and private non-profit agencies. (no fees, must be 55 or older and resident of Bexar, Dimmit or Atascosa County.  Must have income not exceeding Dept. of Labor guidelines for disadvantaged.)
