Adolescent Tobacco Use Cessation Program

(ATCP)

State approved program designed to meet requirements of Senate Bill 55, passed by the 7th Legislature in 1997.

This law requires individuals under the age of 18 years old to attend an 8 hour court ordered class after being charged with attempted purchase, consumption or possession of tobacco.

Classes are held the first Tuesday/Thursday of each month for two consecutive weeks (6:00-8:00 pm).

Fee: $65 

Includes a "Quitbook" workbook and a certificate of completion.

Class Size limited to 8 participants.
