TESTIMONIALS

"The vision of the ForAccess.com site in creating an undertaking of this magnitude is desperately needed. Not only can people protect themselves by spending 1-2 minutes to simplyverify a professional's license with their state licensing board, but as the site grows and more professionals register their detailed information, consumers will have even greater access to the information they need before they make a choice about the professionals they contact." Violence: Work

Violence in the Workplace
Instances of violence in the workplace tend to see an increase in times of economic stress, recession or lost of job or employment.  Oftentimes violence may also erupt following employee or employer-employee conflicts when a party does not perceive a constructive resolution to the issues.
There are methods which can be utilized to decrease opportunity for hostility or violence and mental health professionals can address these issues with employers, employees individually or through group or training workshops.
